Just Me!!! I have 2 Beautiful Daughters, (Courtney and Christie), one Grandson (Skyler), two Dogs (Lexie and Callie) and 4 Cats (Gracie, Cassie, Miss Lilllie and Jack), well, six if I can include the black stray cat (Blackie) and Fred, the stray orange cat outside. I started my career in Real Estate in the year 2000. I quickly discovered that not only was Real Estate my career, it was also my passion. I received my California Broker's License in 2006. In 2003 I was recognized in Realtor Magazine as being one of the top 50 agents in the nation. My rank was #38 with 141 transaction sides. In addition to Real Estate, I love Sprint Car racing, NASCAR (Tony Stewart), the NHL (GO SHARKS!) and my local Saturday Night Dirt Track. I have represented both Buyers and Sellers in the past ten years. It is not uncommon for me to tailor the listing and sales contracts to meet the individual needs of the buyers and sellers. I have an extended network of team providers: Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, Home Inspectors, Appraisers and General Contractors to assist us in the sale or purchase of your home. I possess a California Department of Real Estate Brokers License (#01274716) and I can represent you and your real estate needs in the entire State of California. My main area of expertise is Siskiyou County. I have represented hundreds of clients over the years with one goal in mind: YOUR SATISFACTION!!! The California Department of Real Estate requires each and every person to undergo various continuing education classes on an ongoing basis. I strive to be up-to-date on the ever changing real estate laws. I strongly believe that Knowledge IS Power. I am a member in good standing of CAR (California Association of Realtors®), NAR (National Association of Realtors®) and SAoR (Siskiyou Association of Realtors®). I am e-Pro® Certified and extremely competent and comfortable with all aspects of computers and the internet world. I am also a Commissioned California Notary Public (#1775060). My upcoming plans include being licensed in great states of Oregon, Nevada and Arizona. I also intend to become GRI certified (Graduate Realtor Institute).
